Shipping Policy
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping on orders over $40. If you are offered free shipping at checkout, you may still choose to expedite and pay for shipping.
Orders under $40 are based on the shipping destination and are based on USPS prices, we do not control the cost of shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the United States.
When will my order arrive?
We have a 2-5 business day processing time prior to shipping as some items are made to order. Shipping times will vary based on your location, usually from 2-8 business days. Items ship from Mesa, AZ.
The shipping tracking number is emailed to you after the order has been prepared for shipping. Please use the tracking number to review the estimated delivery date after your package has shipped. After your package is dropped off by us, we are not responsible for any issues caused by USPS, including damage, lost or stolen items, shipping delays, etc. We will not refund or replace these items.
*Please note: We cannot guarantee an order will be delivered on a specified date as this is dependent upon the shipping provider. After your order has shipped it is the property of the buyer. Return Policy
Cancelations
Cancelations can be requested if we are contacted within 24 hours of order placement. No cancelations will be granted after 24 hours or after the item has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you have been provided with a shipping tracking number.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to hygienic reasons.
