Shipping Policy
What is the cost of shipping?
We provide FREE standard shipping for our customers. Requests for expedited shipping cannot be fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the United States.
When will my order arrive?
We have a 1-3 business day processing time prior to shipping. Shipping times will vary based on your location, usually from 2-8 business days. Items ship from Mesa, AZ.
The shipping tracking number is emailed to you after the order has been prepared for shipping. Please use the tracking number to review the estimated delivery date after your package has shipped. After your package is dropped off by us, we are not responsible for any issues caused by USPS or UPS, including damage, lost or stolen items, shipping delays, etc. We will not refund or replace these items.
*Please note: We cannot guarantee an order will be delivered on a specified date as this is dependent upon the shipping provider. After your order has shipped it is the property of the buyer. Return Policy
Cancelations
Cancelations can be requested if we are contacted within 24 hours of order placement. No cancelations will be granted after 24 hours or after the item has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you have been provided with a shipping tracking number.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to hygienic reasons.
