Hardware

Hardware is stainless steel, plated with gold or sterling silver, unless otherwise noted in the product description. All hardware we purchase is advertised to us as hypoallergenic, however people with highly sensitive ears or allergies should be aware that small amounts of nickel may be present.

Hardware Exchange

If you would like to exchange the hardware on a pair of earrings you've selected, please include that information at checkout. After you've added your items to the cart, you'll see an "include details about your order" box that you can expand and leave us a message in the text field.

Please allow an extra business day for any hardware changes. Hardware changes can include exchanging the color (black, silver-colored/plated, or gold-colored/plated) or type (hoop, ball studs, hook, clip-on). Note that all clip-on hardware is silver in color.

Warranty

All items are handcrafted so there may be slight variations in pattern, color, length, width, and shape. Imperfections, such as air bubbles, small marks, and small differences, may exist.
